For teachers who decide to request PAR coaching:

• • PAR support is voluntary.

  • PAR support is confidential.

  • Support will focus on the participating teacher's specific areas of need and interest.

  • The length of time for support will depend on the specific goals and focus areas of the participating teacher.

  • The goal of the PAR team is to serve as many teachers as possible, but our ability to do so will depend on our capacity. We will contact you as soon as possible after you request support to let you know about our availability.
