PAR Team

The OEA/OUSD PAR team currently consists of two Consulting Teachers (CTs).  CTs are experienced classrooms teachers and teacher leaders who serve a three-year term to provide coaching support through the PAR program. The CTs are selected and overseen by an OEA/OUSD Joint Committee according to Article XXV of the OEA Contract. For general inquiries, contact the team via email: par@ousd.org
