Corporate Sponsorship Options

We offer a basic exhibitor package and a variety of other sponsorship packages. We encourage sponsorship of conference meals and breaks: sponsoring  companies are highlighted throughout the conference on projectors between sessions and on the association’s website (www.oracrao.org). An invitation to Exhibitor Speed Dating and list of attendee emails is included in all exhibitor packages.

Conference Sponsor (The Rose Package) 1 available $3,275

Includes sole sponsorship of the Monday night dinner and entertainment, one exhibitor's space, all meals/conference events for one representative (if attending), specific announcement of “Conference Sponsorship” on conference website link prior to and following the conference (through calendar year), announcements throughout conference.

 This package includes one Monday Presenter Option ($675 value), plus your company logo on all conference attendee name badges. The Business Partner will contact you to arrange your choice of Monday presentation times.

Presidential Partner (The Lily Package) 1 available $2,575

Includes sole sponsorship of the President's Reception, one exhibitor's space, all meals/conference events for one representative (if attending), specific announcement of “Conference Partnership” and conference website link prior to and following the conference (through calendar year). 

This package includes one Presenter option ($675 value).

Conference Partner (The Sunflower Package) 1 available $1,650

Includes sole sponsorship of a major conference event (dinner, lunch, or breakfast), one exhibitor's space, all meals/conference events for one representative (if attending), specific announcement of “Conference Partnership” and, conference website link prior to and following the conference (through calendar year), announcements throughout conference.

Conference Affiliate (The Wildflower Package) $1000

Includes joint sponsorship of a conference break, one exhibitor's space, all meals/conference events for one representative (if attending), specific announcement of “Conference Affiliate”, conference website link prior to and following the conference (through calendar year), and announcement throughout conference.

Exhibitor $775

Includes one exhibitor's space, all meals/conference events for one representative, announcement of “Exhibitor” status in program, conference website link prior to and following the conference (through calendar year 2022), and announcement throughout conference.

Presenter Option $675

Only available in conjunction with an Exhibitor Package or higher sponsorship level. Includes one session presentation (either solo or partnering with an OrACRAO institution);

Limited availability. Deadline to provide session description is March 1, 2022.

Additional Representative (Exhibitor) Registration Fee: $300

Includes all meals and conference events.

Additional Guest (non-Exhibitor) Fee: $250
