You be hereby summoned to set sail fer the 2019 OrACRAO Meetin’ (April 14th-16th).
Registration be open and it’s time fer ye landlubbers to decide if you’d like to join us on a treasure hunt for student success or walk the plank!
We’ll be unlocking hidden treasures of knowledge
Goonies-style with pirate maps, teamwork and…possibly booby traps!
You’ll navigate through a booty-full sea of program sessions, round-tables, and exhibitor sessions that will take ye to uncharted territories!
LeRoy Rooker (former Director of the Family Policy Compliance Office at the U.S. Department of Education and current AACRAO Senior Fellow)
will be presentin’ workshops to navigate us through the FERPA Code of Conduct. Argghh!
There’ll be revelry, a costume contest, feasts and parties that could blow yer eye-patch off along the way!
(You may want to watch the Goonies movie prior to setting sail).
We sure hope to have you on board for this excitin’ adventure by the sea in Gleneden Beach, Oregon.

$210 for Full Conference Registration (OrACRAO members)
$300 for Full Conference Registration (non-member rate)
$75 for Sunday only

OrACRAO Room Rates
$119 for Traditional Guestroom
Additional Person $20 per night per person
Resort Fee - A daily resort fee of $13 per room per night
Make sure to book your room by March 20, 2019. The OrACRAO rate may be available after March 20 but availability of rooms will not be guaranteed. Remember you can cancel with at least 72 hours advance notice without penalty.

Be sure to indicate you are with OrACRAO (Oregon Association of Collegiate Registrar’s & Admissions Officers) when booking. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card, as well as a first night stay deposit. Individual reservations may be canceled 72 hours in advance without penalty.

The annual OrACRAO conference is held each spring, with a start date rotating between the third Sunday in April, the first Sunday in May, and the third Sunday in May. The conference begins Sunday afternoon and ends with the OrACRAO Annual Business Meeting on Tuesday morning.
