Anti-Bias Education
All staff has been trained in Anti-Bias Education.
Pursuant to 105 ILCS 5/27-23.6, WWCCUD 10 does not have a specific Board Policy
titled “Anti-Bias Education.” However, the following policy may address intergroup
conflict and is available in the online Board Policy Manual Section 7:180.

IEP/504 Parent Rights
Section 504 requires districts to provide notice to parents explaining any evaluation and placement decisions affecting their children and explaining the parents' right to review educational records and appeal any decision regarding evaluation and placement through an impartial hearing.
