Important Dates

Parent Information Meeting - There will be an informational meeting for parents only. You will have two opportunities to attend a meeting: Tuesday, January  23, 6:00-6:30 at Discovery Elementary, or Thursday, January 25, 6:00 - 6:30 at Orchard Farm Elementary. Meetings will take place in the media center.

Payment of $253.00 is due on Friday, April 19. Please send payment in an envelope with your child's name on it, marked Camp Payment. If you're sending a check, please make it out to Orchard Farm Elementary, and include your driver's license number and date of birth in the subject line. Your child can take payment straight to the office upon arrival at school.

You may make payments, or pay the balance all at once. If you’d like to make payments, here is the payment schedule. Payments will be accepted at any time during the month, but are due by the following dates.

Orchard Farm School District Online Payments

• Login to Parent Portal. If you do not know your username and password, contact your child's school office.

• Click on Fines and Fees, the green dollar sign icon. Any payments or fundraising has been entered into your child's account already, so what you see will be the remaining balance. Contact your child's teacher if you have a question about the balance due.

Health Forms and Medication are Due Monday, April 29. These will be sent home early in April.

Send mail during the following dates so that it will arrive while we are at camp: April 29 - May 1.

Luggage Drop Off - All luggage is going to camp, so choose the date/location that works best for you. (This is subject to change depending on safety procedures.)

• You may bring it to Discovery Elementary on Monday, May 6, 5:00-6:00 PM

• You may bring it to Orchard Farm Elementary on Tuesday, May 7 before school by getting in the left lane of the A drop off line.

• You may bring it to Orchard Farm Elementary on Tuesday, May 7 5:00 - 6:00 PM.

Camp

• Wednesday, May 8 through Friday, May 10

Orchard Farm Elementary - Pick your child up from the Orchard Farm Elementary multiplex by 1:00 PM on Friday, May 10.

Discovery Elementary - Pick your child up from the Discovery Elementary Gym by 1:00 PM on Friday, May 10.
