How to Login to Hapara Workspace
Here are some step by step instructions on how parents and students can log into the Hapara Workspace from home.
Step 1: Log into Gmail
Open Google Chrome (often times, it will not open from a different browser)
Go to www.google.ca
Click on "sign-in" on the top right corner.
Enter the child’s student email and password provided below.
This information will be shared by your child’s teacher.
Step 2: Log into Student Portal
Go to www.ocsb.ca
Scroll to the bottom of the website.
Click on “JK-6 Student Portal” (If you are using a computer it is on the top right. If you are on a tablet, click the 3 red lines on the right and scroll down the menu)
You may be prompted to sign in with Google, if so, click Sign in with Google. If you have used Hapara on your device in the past, this prompt may be skipped.
Once you are in the Student Portal, click on Hapara Workspace and Student Dashboard.
You have now entered your Hapara Student Workspace. From this page you can select an individual class, view your assignments, and receive notifications from your teachers. Please note that this will only be made visible to you once your teachers have posted material.
