Academic Support for ALL LDHSS Students
Supports available at LDHSS:
Credit Support with Peer Tutors
Credit Support Sessions provide an opportunity for students to receive course specific support from peer tutors. Students can access Credit Support through the teacher of their course, by contacting their guidance counselors, or by submitting this form.
Credit Support Sessions take place on a weekly basis.
Students wishing to express interest in being a Peer Tutor on our Credit Support Team can do so here.
Literacy Numeracy Support Program
This free program is for OCDSB students in Grade 7-12 and provides a supervised opportunity to complete, review, practice and receive support in a range of subject areas in the evenings.
Days, Times, and Location: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm in the Cafeteria. Students are encouraged to attend 2+ evenings a week to receive the full benefits of this program.

This program is FREE for OCDSB students in Grade 7-12 and provides a supervised opportunity to complete, review, practice and receive support in a range of subject areas in the evenings.
