Practice Schedule

Monday (3:15 - 4:45pm), Tuesday (7:10 - 8:30pm), Thursday (3:15 - 4:45pm), Friday (7:10 - 8:30am)

** all practice meet outside the Weight / Spin Room

** there will not be practices on days we have a race scheduled

There will be two (2) Saturday morning practices in Gatineau Park, meeting at Camp Fortune @ 9am on Sept 24th and Oct 15th
