Practice Schedule:
Monday (PM) Full Team
Wednesday (PM) - Power / Speed / Jumps
Thursday (LUNCH) - learn to Hurdle with Coach McCutcheon (first four Thursday's after the break - these are mandatory for anyone who wants to try hurdling this year)
Friday (AM) - D-Crew & Weight Room
* more practices may be added for event specific training
At school practices meet outside the Weight / Spin Room AM practices start at 7:15am, PM practices at 3:15pm.
