Practice Schedule
All practices meet outside the Spin / Weight Room. Note** once available Monday practices will move to Terry Fox Athletic Facility at Mooney's Bay (3:45 - 5:15)

Hurdles Club and the Throwing Circle will have extra, lunch time practices to be added depending on Coach McCutcheon and Coach Britton's availability.
