LENDING PROCEDURE
The Augmentative Resources Lending Library is located in Room A223 of the OCDSB Administrative Building at 133 Greenbank Road. Resources from the library may be borrowed, for a period of up to 3 weeks. Items can be sent through the school board mail system.
To order materials, contact Carole-Ann Fenning, Coordinator LSS at carole-ann.fenning@ocdsb.ca or 596-8211, Ext. 8109 to leave a message. Please indicate the exact item name, category and item number. Find item numbers and check availability.
We allow you to borrow up to 2 items at a time. You will need to return all borrowed items before you can borrow additional items. To assist in managing the contents of these resources look for either an enclosed laminated sheet with a photo/list of resource contents or a resource label listing item contents.
It is the responsibility of the person who borrows a resource to clean and check the contents prior to return.
Cleaning Procedure as per OPH guidelines:
Please use proper hand hygiene before and after use of items.
High-touch equipment and shared materials should be sanitized and cleaned regularly.
