New Supplier Request form with Independent Contractor info!

The New Supplier Request form that contains the Independent Contractor, and Honorarium Questionnaires will be live in i-Buy NYU beginning Monday 12/9/19.  Please insure when requesting new suppliers that you select the correct classification of supplier.  A TIP sheet is posted to the i-Buy NYU resource portal under Training Materials.
