Getting Started on your NYSAIS Constituent Website

The following are instructions to get you started on this new website:

If you are a member of a NYSAIS school and received notification that there is a constituent group that fits your role, you are eligible to participate in this closed group. There are 3 options to access the site so please read the following:

Option One (Best Option): If your school is a Google Apps for Education school, please log in using your school email address and password.

Option Two (Recommended): Create a Google account using your existing school email address. This will setup a new Google account for you, sans GMail, and will provide you access to Google Drive (docs, sheets, etc), Google Groups, and Google Sites using your school email address. To complete this step, go here.

Option Three (Less Recommended): If you have a personal Google address that is not your school email and would like to use it, please send an email to andrew@nysais.org from your school email address. Be sure to include the Google address you would like to use in the body of the email, along with the constituent group you are trying to join.

PLEASE NOTE: this option places both your school email address and your personal email address into the Listserve. We can change the settings so that you will only receive emails at your school email address. However, if you log in to the site and submit a new post (or reply to an existing one), it will come from your personal email address. All replies to that message will come to both email accounts.
