Other Volunteers

We would like to introduce a new partnership between our Rochester office and East High School, part of the Rochester City School District. The overarching goal of this partnership is to increase access to justice through the provision of onsite assistance to scholars and their families in a setting in which they are already familiar and is convenient - East High School. This program began in 2019 and is coordinated with the assistance of an AmeriCorps VISTA member. The VISTA member can connect scholars who are interested in the legal profession with legal-career related opportunities such as volunteering in a law office during a school break.

In the interest of helping to limit the impact and spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), all LawNY physical offices are closed. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
