Testing your internet bandwidth for Zoom

• 1. Go to the website “https://fast.com/” on your iPad or PC to begin the internet speed test.

  2. The speed test will begin automatically.

  3. When the test is completed, you will see the results for your internet speed. 

  4. Select Show more info to view download/upload speed and Latency. These results will be helpful for troubleshooting if you contact IT for support. In general, if your up/down bandwidth is at least 1.5 mbps, Latency (Loaded) is less than 150 ms, you should not have any problems with participating in Zoom sessions.
