Our Abstract entitled "A Novel System and Methodology for Continuous Ambulatory Monitoring of Gastric Slow Waves " was selected as the poster of distinction for presentation at Digestive Disease Week 2017 in Chicago. Dr. Nichols presented the EGI system for recording EEG signals in Prof. Farajidavar's class for Medical Devices (EENG-860). Alvaro Guerrero is the volunteer student with strong Alpha wave!
Prof. Farajidavar is part of the multi-disciplinary team at NYIT, who received $230K from National Science Foundation (NSF) to acquire a DC/RF sputtering system to conduct research on Medical Sensors and Micro-generators in WBAN, August 2013.
