Seventh Grade Physical Education and Health
Class Information
- At least two weeks of physical education unit. Possible Units for PE could include but is not limited to any of the following:
Flag football, soccer, slow-pitch softball, ultimate frisbee, frisbee golf, capture the pin, basketball, volleyball, deck tennis, badminton, pickleball, cricket, castle ball, tag games, fitness, cooperation games, speedball
- Health could be integrated into the PE classroom. Possible Health units could include but is not limited to any of the following:
Mental and Emotional Health, Body Systems, Nutrition, Alcohol, Tobacco and Drugs, Personal Safety, Stress management, Reproduction, Personal Hygiene, First Aid and CPR
Requirements on a Daily Basis
Shorts/Athletic Pants
T-shirt
Socks
Clean Athletic Shoes
Deodorant
Appropriate Undergarments
Willingness to learn
Good Attitude
Excuses
- If a student is unable to participate in class documentation from a doctor must be provided
- If a student needs to sit out longer than three days then they will need to complete a written assignment to earn their participation points for the week
