What is SLAM?

The goal of the Student Leadership and Mentoring (SLAM) program is to welcome new students to North Reading High School and help to create a sense of belonging, familiarity, and connectedness throughout the year.  The two components of SLAM are the Ninth Grade Orientation before school starts and then small group mentoring throughout the year.
