Hi! My name is Kim (Smith) Brown and I have been the Media Center Director at North Reading High School since 2011. I am a graduate of University of NH and have a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Simmons University (formerly Simmons College), Boston, MA. In 2018 I was a recipient of the MSLA Super Librarian Award. My husband, a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, works in the field of information technology.
My son is a combat medic in the NH Army National Guard. He spent 11 months on active duty in Afghanistan in 2012-2013 and completed a year long deployment in the United Arab Emirates in 2015. During 2019-2020 he completed another year long deployment to Iraq and Syria. He and his wife have 3 children. He currently works as a firefighter/paramedic in southern NH.

Hobbies: Watching Movies, Reading, Baking, Interior Decorating, Crafting, Playing with Tech Tools, Spending Time at the Beach, and traveling in our newly purchased Campervan
