Consultancy service of worth Rs. 1,50,000/- provided to M/s. RA Global Energy Pvt. Ltd., Charanka, during March 2020.

1. 1. To carry out the said work, a site visit was conducted at the Gujarat Solar Park, Charnka, Patan, on 12/02/2020. To complete the assignment and the final deployment of the electronic circuits, two additional visits were conducted by all three members.

   2. In said consultancy, Electronics Controller Circuit Design was designed and deployed for their ‘Solar Buddy' (Solar Panel Cleaner). The following deliverables are fulfilled during the assignment:

      1. Controller-based circuit for motor control for the linear movement of the solar buddy cleaning machine. A total of four motors are controlled using a motor driver. The speed control and direction control for the motors are incorporated.   

      2. Controller-based circuit for motor control for the rotary movement of a brush for the cleaning of Solar panels. A total of three motors are controlled. The speed control and direction control for the motors are incorporated. 

      3. Sensor-based mechanism for stopping of solar buddy in the absence of a solar panel and forcing the machine to return to its original position
