Do you need ways to help your child at home?
Take an inventory of the games you have available. This might include board games, backyard games, card games, electronic games, etc. Talk with Snipes Academy's Gifted Education Specialist about your list. Ms. Kelly can help you target what specific thinking skills are required for each game. By doing this, you can be more intentional with your conversations, and help foster a deeper connection in learning through family-fun time. Read with your child. Ask "what if" questions about the text being read. Use the resources shared on this site and listed on our quarterly newsletter.
