The Emotions of Color

Did you know that colors can express emotions? This week we will explore how color in artwork can show emotions and make us feel a certain way. Focusing on our emotions and expressing our feelings in our artwork this week can also help us better understand and manage our own feelings.

Express your Emotions through your Art
In this video I will demostrate a few ways to create artwork to express the different emotions you have been feeling lately. Feel free to try one, two, or all of the activities.

Print this off or draw your own monster, and color it based on how you are feeling today. Feeling something different than the emotions explained in the book? Come up with your own color to express the emotion you feel!
