Honors Art Clinic

New Hanover County Honors Art Clinic

Each year, New Hanover County Schools holds it's Honors Art Clinic for students to participate in alongside their art teachers. Each elementary school is represented by two 5th grade students. These students attend a full day clinic leading up to an art show that evening featuring the work created during the clinic.

From 2018-2020, the clinic was held at UNCW's Cultural Arts Building where the students learned about the art process of printmaking and were able to complete artwork using three different techniques and styles of printmaking.
