AIG nominations for 4th and 5th grade are due no later than Friday, September 20.  If you would like to nominate your child for the program, please complete an AIG Nomination form and return to Mrs. Kochakji or your child's homeroom teacher.  

In regards to nominations, parents/teachers/students are encouraged to complete a nomination form. It has been tricky in the past when receiving nominations in so many ways, and different times throughout the year.  On the form, there is a place to mark date received.  This helps us maintain our timeline that is created at the beginning of each year.
