*Parent Information Session: Thursday, November 6 at 6:00pm

We will host a special presentation by the FBI on the dangers of online video games such as Roblox and other popular platforms our students often play. This important session will help parents understand online risks and how to keep children safe. Please note that this is a parent-only event due to the sensitive nature of the information shared. I highly encourage all families to have one parent attend this information session.


*Veterans Day Luncheon: Friday, November 7

We look forward to honoring our veterans and active-duty service members at our annual Veterans Day Luncheon this Friday! Families planning to attend should have already completed the RSVP form sent home and are encouraged to check with their child's teacher for the exact lunch time. We can't wait to celebrate and show our appreciation for those who have served.

Wednesday 10/15 Our PTA is sponsoring another Codington night out at a local restaurant, the Burrito Shak at the Beau Rivage Shopping Center on Carolina Beach Rd. The event is from 5-9

* The scouts program came and spoke to students during lunch today. If you are interested there is a parent meeting at the school on Wednesday 10/15 evening from 5:30-6:00

*A flyer went home about the Fall Festival and an order form for tickets/wristbands. Please read that for information and details.

*Join us for our annual grounds clean up this Saturday, September 13 at 8:00 AM. We have a few quick projects to knock out and will be done earlier than noon this year. Many hands make light work and it will be done quickly with lots of parent volunteers. 


*Thursday, September 11, will be our first skate night at Scooters. Come and skate from 5-7. Bring your own skates or scooter or you can rent them as well. Not only is it a fundraiser that helps support our school, but it's also a great way to meet new friends, connect with other families, and enjoy being part of our Cougar community. We'd love to see you there-bring the whole family and come skate with us!
