Answer #7 with http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/1998/02/980204072045.htm
Answer questions 9-13 with http://www.learnerstv.com/animation/animation.php?ani=324&cat=biology - Link is not working. Watch this animation about denaturing proteins in general to answer #12 and #13. frying an egg
See if you can get #10 from the following link:
Watch the animation and then take the quiz at the bottom on this page (#14): http://highered.mcgraw-hill.com/sites/0072495855/student_view0/chapter2/animation__how_enzymes_work.html
Identify organic molecules using the following link (#15):online lab
Note: read the directions carefully. For example, to test for reducing sugars, you need to click on the bar "reducing sugar" which will make the testing reagent appear by the test tubes. Click on the bar "add Benedict's Solution" and see what change occurs. The test tube with a positive sign on it has changed color. The Write this color change under "Definite change result" in your table. Continue with your other molecules.
For the unknowns down at the bottom you will click on each test tube to see if the solutions indicate a positive (+) or negative (-) result. Compare your positive results to the tests you did above to determine what molecules were present in the test tubes. You have three different sets of unknowns to test.
Write "bad link" for questions #9 and #11. Try the link for #8. If it doesn't work, also write "bad link" for your answer.
