Honors Health Science I

Honors Health Science I is recommended for 10th grade or higher. Anatomy, physiology and disease processes of 11 body systems are covered, so it is a fast paced course for 18 weeks. Learning medical terminology and how your body works is fascinating.

• Class will be loaded on Canvas.

• Supplies when we return to classroom: A 3 ring notebook is essential (at least a 2 inch spine, with 13 divider tabs), plus index cards for flashcards (unless you prefer quizlet).

• The terminology for the first unit is loaded below for your convenience: All prefixes, suffixes, root words.

• However this semester many things have changed, so stay tuned.
