· If you absent you will have to make up the participation grade
Hall/Bathroom Pass
· Only one student will be allowed out of the room at a time
· No one is allowed out of class the first or last fifteen minutes of class

1. Meatal and Emotional Health
a. Create positive stress management strategies.
b. Create help-seeking strategies for depression and mental disorders.

a. Understand the health risks associated with alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use.

a. Analyze strategies using tools (MyPlate, Dietary Guidelines, Food Facts Label) to plan healthy nutrition and fitness.

PE Objectives
1. Students will demonstrate responsible personal and social behavior in physical activity Settings.

Cardiovascular Fitness Standards
It is the goal of the Laney Physical Education Department to increase the cardiovascular fitness of all students in all classes which are offered by the department.
On a daily basis, each student will be required to participate in a combination of activities that will enhance cardiovascular fitness.
The grading standards for the walk/run program and mile run are listed below.
