Welcome

Welcome to 4th grade. We have an exciting year planned with Science.

We will travel around the Solar System and then learn about geology and the rocks and minerals that make up our Earth. We will take an adventure inside the Earth and learn about the layers that hold us together. To shake things up we will discuss earthquakes, volcanoes, and tsunamis. We will become meteorologists and learn about weather patterns, tools, clouds, and the water cycle. We will travel through the biomes and learn how plants and animals survive. We will learn about the attraction to magnets and test your skills with a little electricity. Be ready to open your mind to the fun World of Science.
