English II (Sophomore English) Course Description
This course is designed to explore the nature of story, and how the techniques of argument and concept of agency manifest in literature and in our lives.
In our study of literature, students will also work on developing the knowledge and skills they need to communicate verbally and in writing, experience success on standardized tests, and prepare for advanced courses in high school and college.
In this course, students will engage in a variety of writing exercises that will allow them to analyze, argue, revise, and reflect.
