Membership Application

If you are wishing to be a member of Best Buddies for the 2019-2020 school year, you will need to fill out the form here by November 1st, 2019.

STEPS:

1) Click the hyperlink above.

2) Click the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION tab, and then select HIGH SCHOOL in the drop-down menu that follows.

3) It will then direct you to the beginning of the Membership Application. Select the NEW MEMBER option.

4) Type in all information the site directs you to (EXCEPT THE PARENTAL EMPLOYER/ BUDDY PAIR SECTION) as well as any information that isn't required.

5) Submit the form and you will be on your way.

This is primarily for liability reasons and for funding purposes. Please fill this out at your earliest convenience.
