1. Smith-Hughes Lesson Plan - this is a basic lesson plan on why the Smith-Hughes Act was needed, the major provisions of the Act and who Smith and Hughes were (download the lesson plan from the link below). There are links in the lesson plan to a PowerPoint, a video and a Kahoot quiz (all three are found under the Other Resources tab of this web site)
