Transcripts Requests for Scholarships, Summer Opportunities, Enrichment Programs, Etc. 

To request a transcript for a summer program or scholarship where there is no a link or portal provided as part of the application, please follow the instructions listed below. Transcripts sent from our office need to be requested using Naviance, which you all should have access to at this time. If you need help logging in, please contact your School counselor or Mrs. Oxendine. Again, if the program or scholarship to which you are applying has a separate link or portal to upload your documents, please have that information sent to your school counselor instead of requesting your transcript through Naviance.  

To request a transcript through Naviance:

• Go to Naviance from MyNCSSM

• Type in zip code 27705

• Select NCSSM from the list generated

• Select Student

• Type in your username and password. Your username is your full NCSSM email address. If you do not have a password or forgot it, select "forgot password" and reset it.

• At the top of the lading page, click on the colleges tab. 

• From the drop down menu, select "Manage Transcripts" 

• Click on the red button with the white plus sign in the center

• Select "Other Transcript"

• Select "Initial" transcript and fill out the rest of the form. Do NOT select test scores to be sent as we do not have them. If you need your test scores sent for your application, you must request them separately from College Board or ACT.

• Click on "Request and Finish"

Mrs. Oxendine will receive your request and send your transcript accordingly.
