NCSSM Counseling Services is proud to present David R. Gelinas, Senior Associate Dean and Director of Financial Aid at Davidson College. Referred to by many as the “guru” of financial aid, David has been active in the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators and its regional chapters throughout his career, with twenty- years as Director of Financial Aid at The University of the South. He regularly makes presentations at conferences, has led committees, and served as chair of the national organization for 2005-06. The group honored him with its Distinguished Service Award in 2006. David has helped put two of his own children and thousands of others through this process, so he knows it in practice as well as in theory! Check out his PowerPoint presentation attached below.
