Report Chits

Cadets will do great things, and Cadets will do dumb things.  You can't always be there to catch them, but you can create Google Forms that will allow you to have the people who did see them document the event.

Use google forms to create a simple form that asks for the person's name, the name of the person reporting on, what happened, and the names of anyone who can verify the details.  Do a second, identical form for good things that might have happened.  Then post the links to those forms in the list below.  I call the good things "Meritorious" and the bad things "Deleterious".

I pass this page's information and link to my school's teachers and they know to go there to report the good and the bad things.  The forms populate a spreadsheet that is automatically created with the same name as the form, and it sends you an email update whenever something is submitted.  The walls really do have ears and eyes with this one.....
