Video & Presentation Tools:
PowToons: PowToons has a free version that allows students and teachers to create animated videos. The process is as simple and easy as PowerPoint.
Prezi: This is a nonlinear presentation tool is a combines "the freedom of an open canvas with spatial dimension and motion to keep audiences engaged" as you make your presentation.
Smore: Is a site that helps its users to create free, attractive, and professional looking flyers and posters.
Animoto: This is a free video creation tool that allows users to seamlessly create a video complete with music.
Book Nook: This is INFOhio's answer to the creation of book trailers. It has the tools to create trailers as well as a place to share book trailers.

WattPad: Is a large site dedicated to publishing stories and sharing its content with others.
Storybird: This is a free, online tool that gives students access to professional quality illustrations & software to construct original picture & chapter books, poetry, and visual art. They can also we duplicated and put into tangible book form for a fee through the Storybird website.
For Makers & Inventors:
Instructables: This might be one of the most addictive educational sites out there. People of all ages show how to do NEARLY ANYTHING with step-by-step pictures and video. They also have a lot of contests (with cool prizes) that encourage people to submit their own ideas. It also allows for creativity. How else can one learn to make a Thor toilet bowl brush?
Code School: This has many free courses in the following areas: Javascript, Python, Ruby, GIT, IOS, database, Chrome Dev Tools & R programming language. there is a paid version, but why not experiment with programming for free and see if you like it?
