COME JOIN THE STMA CHEER FAMILY!

Will you be in K-12th grade next year?

Come Join the STMA Cheerleading Teams Program, offering both Sideline and Competitive Cheerleading opportunities.

We would love to have you tryout! 

NOTE:  ALL students must attend an STMA School, STMA Online, or the Catholic School to be members of our teams, unless they were a part of the STMA Competitive Cheer Program in the past and are entering grades K-6 and their residing school district does not offer a cheer program for their child.

Fill out our Team Selection Interest/Registration Form to be added to our contact list and join the BAND Group included in the form for all Team Selection Information.

TEAM SELECTION PREP CLINICS

Our prep clinics will consist of a warm-up and focus on motions, jumps, and stunting.  It is a great way to prepare for team selections or see if you want to be a part of our cheer program.   

April 6th, 7th and 9th

Register through Community Ed using the current grade of your athlete.

TEAM SELECTIONS FOR 

Varsity Traditional, JV Traditional, Fall Sideline, Varsity and JV Game Day

*Open to students entering grades 7-12*

*Sideline is only open to students entering grades 9-12*

*April 13th Primary Gym 6-9PM - Material Taught and Stunting
*April 14th Primary Gym 6-8PM - Material Review and Stunting
*April 16th MSW Wrestling Room 5:30-9pm - Stunt and Motion Evals
*April 17th Primary Gym 5:30-9PM - Spirit, Jumps, Dance, Cheer Tryouts - You will sign up for a time slot
*April 18th High School Health Room 1684 8:00AM-1PM - Scheduled Interviews

**Note:  Any 7th-8th grader not interested in trying out for JV should attend Middle School Tryouts

TEAM SELECTIONS FOR 

Middle School Blue, Middle School Gold, Middle School Game Day, 

Elementary Blue, Elementary Gold, and Elementary White 

*Open to students entering grades K-8th*

*Please attend the times associated with the grade you will be in during the 2026-27 school year.*

*April 27th Primary Gym Material Taught (5:30-7PM for K-4 and 7-9PM for 5-8) 

*April 28th Primary Gym 

Material Review 5:30-7PM for K-4 and Material Review/Stunting from 7-9PM for Grades 5-8

*April 29th MSW Wrestling Room (Stunting from 4-6PM for Grades 5-8)

*April 30th Primary Gym 5:30-9PM Scheduled Tryouts - You will sign up for a time slot to demonstrate your Spirit, Jumps, Dance, and Cheer.
