About Me

My name is Meagan Phillips and I have taught music for 17 years in districts in Massachusetts and Minnesota. I have been a curriculum lead, I have worked with organizations such as the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Boston Public Radio WGBH, and I have presented at state-wide conferences such as the Minnesota Music Educator's Association. I love teaching in the St. Michael Albertville school district!

I live in Delano with my husband and three children. My son Ryan is in 9th grade, my son Evan is in 8th grade, and my daughter Abigail is in 5th this year. We also have a little dog named Lance.

In my spare time I love to garden, walk, play with my kids, bake, and volunteer at my parish. I am the Assistant Director for the Cathedral Choristers and I sing in the Cathedral Choir at the Basilica in Minneapolis. I am currently also singing with the Together in Hope Choir, an ecumenical effort to bring people of different faiths together. We will be touring Norway this coming June.

I love to create music, but even more, I love to create music with others. I look forward to an exciting year of creating music with your child(ren)!
