Textbooks

A Note about Textbooks:

Having a well rounded reference library is an integral part of any successful acupuncture practice. EWCNM strives to select textbooks that enhance course content and also serve as a strong foundation for your OM professional reference library.

Students should not rely on the Library to supply the required textbooks, and all students are responsible for acquiring copies of required textbooks for their course assignments. Recommended textbooks are optional and have been selected for their content as well as their usefulness to practitioners.

NCCAOM maintains a list of textbooks that are recommended for Exam preparation. Many of theses textbooks are either required or recommended on the EWCNM booklist; however students should reference the NCCAOM website for a complete list of resources indicated in the bibliographies of each NCCAOM Candidate Preparation Handbook.

Students may order course Textbooks for the upcoming term by following these steps:

• • Complete a Textbook Order Form for your Class.

  • Complete an Opt in/ Opt Out Form.

    • If you choose not to order from EWCNM, you are still responsible for obtaining your own textbooks as required. Please select Opt-Out and sign the completed form.

  • Print the completed order form and return to Carol Evans by the order deadline.

  • Textbooks will be available for pick up at the start of the term.

  • No discounts can be offered and books will not be accepted for return as  all sales are final.
