My goal is for each student to have the opportunity to have the best learning experience possible.  Coleman follows the “Pillars of Success” to achieve this goal:

Positive Consequences

*parent phone call

*letter flipped- when the whole class is on task or if they receive a compliment they will get a letter flipped, once all letters are flipped over the class will receive a reward.
