Benton Elementary Chorus

About Chorus:

Chorus is a fantastic place for children to learn about themselves and the world around them. Our goal is to learn social and emotional skills, learn hot to work as a team, learn about commitment to a goal, learn a complex language, and learn about our body and how it works.... OH! I almost forgot... we sing too! We learn all of those things and more while preparing a number of musical selections from various styles and time periods. The goal is for the music to be fun, engaging, age appropriate, and educational.

Chorus is available to 4th graders for the fall semester and 5th and 6th graders all year. We perform 2-3 concerts a year to share our music making with our community. There is no cost and all rehearsals are during the school day.
