Physical education and teaching is not just my passion, its an extension of who I am. It is my goal to motivate and spark interests in my students that will give them the opportunity to succeed outside of my classroom. I want to create a learning environment that promotes positive attitudes and high expectations.
I received my bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education from Montclair State University in May 2015. I've had the pleasure of having a long term position in Spring 2015 at Jonas Salk Middle School in Old Bridge, NJ. Between playing college baseball, coaching and my long term position, I will be able to showcase my ability to teach all ages and adapt to my classes to create the best learning opportunity.
My vision is to develop skills that my students can use outside of the classroom. Building character and movement skills will prepare them to graduate Northeast ready to flourish in middle school. I'm excited to see what Northeast can teach me and how I can grow as a teacher. I look forward to teaching here for years to come!
