Ch.1

Place Value

We will start the year off by working with place value. In lesson 1 we will work to identify the place value of digits in multi-digit numbers. In lesson 2, we will read and write multi-digit whole numbers. Comparing and ordering whole numbers will be our focus in lessons 3 and 4. In lesson 5 we will be using place value to round. Finally as we end the chapter with lesson 6 we will be focusing on problem solving .
