College Credit Plus
College Credit Plus 2024-2025 School Year
College Credit Plus is a dual enrollment program for students in grades 7-12 for next school year
Students have the opportunity to earn both high school and college credit for courses at potentially no cost to the family.
Students and their parent/guardian(s) must complete the following 4 steps prior to April 1, 2024, or before. Usually, students complete the CCP paperwork when they turn in their course selection sheets.
All steps must be completed every year a student participates in the CCP program.

Students and their parent /guardian(s) should view the presentation below to understand the rules, consequences, and procedures to participate in the program for the coming school year.
If you attended the meeting on January 8, 2024, you can skip step 1 and go on to step 2.
Below is a copy including all of the slides. There was an error with the recording this year.

4) Additional Steps- Must be done each year
Send your high school transcript!
Use Parchment to request a transcript to be sent to each CCP school you plan to attend. You can access Parchment via the Mohawk Local Webpage. Grade 7 and 8 students, Ms. Zellner and Mrs. Snay will help with your transcript.
Testing/Accuplacer Scores
Students must have scores to show they are college-ready for eligibility and admission. Students may also need a placement score for Math and English scores. Students must send the test scores to the college/university of their choice. Some colleges require a test score to apply.
Advising Meeting
For seated Mohawk courses, students will indicate these during the scheduling process at Mohawk. For online or on-campus courses, students will need to set up an advising meeting with the college or university to select and register for courses. It is the responsibility of the student to let Ms. Zellner know if there is any counselor paperwork to fill out for the application to be completed.
Turn in Your College Schedule to Ms. Zellner
Once you have completed course registration, this helps ensure that you do not exceed your credit hour limits, are able to participate in sports and clubs, help us update your HS schedule, and if needed order your textbooks.
Textbooks
Ms. Zellner will work with you to order textbooks once you know your classes for the following semester.
