College Credit Plus is a dual enrollment program for students in grades 7-12 for next school year
Students have the opportunity to earn both high school and college credit for courses at potentially no cost to the family.
Students and their parent/guardian(s) must complete the following 4 steps prior to April 1, 2025, or before. Usually, students complete the CCP paperwork when they turn in their course selection sheets.
All steps must be completed every year a student participates in the CCP program.

Students must have scores to show they are college-ready for eligibility and admission. Students may also need a placement score for Math and English scores. Students must send the test scores to the college/university of their choice. Some colleges require a test score to apply.
For seated Mohawk courses, students will indicate these during the scheduling process at Mohawk. All seated at Mohawk courses may change to online courses due to low enrollment. Students and Parents will be notified is this is the case.
For online or on-campus courses, students will need to set up an advising meeting with the college or university to select and register for courses. It is the responsibility of the student to let Ms. Zellner know if there is any counselor paperwork to fill out for the application to be completed.
Once you have completed course registration, this helps ensure that you do not exceed your credit hour limits, are able to participate in sports and clubs, help us update your HS schedule, and if needed order your textbooks.
Ms. Zellner will work with you to order textbooks once you know your classes for the following semester. BGSU students- I have an account and will order for you. For all other institutions, you will follow the instructions from the college or university so books are billed to Mohawk. Physical textbooks must be returned to Ms. Zelllner on the last day of the CCP class or the student will be charged for the book.
