NOTE: The login credentials for the report app are not the same as the ones for Mandarin M5. It would be your customer number or ask Mandarin technical services for it.
Downloading reports:
Some reports have the option to download them as a "CSV" (txt - comma delimited). These can be opened using other programs like Excel, Word, etc. When clicking on the "csv" button, you might see a blank window. Please check your "downloads" folder for a file called "download". You will need to rename the file and append ".csv" (no quotes) in order for Excel to recognize it.
