Circulation Settings and Policies (Groups)

Please watch both videos in order to have a good understanding on setting the loan period for your items.

Note: While in circulation, if you get the message: "item is non-circulating or has exceeded its renewal limit", please check the "Circulation Periods" for the item in the "Item Group" under "Groups". If the loan and renewal period setting are set correctly, check the "patron group" for the patron you are trying to loan the item to and check if there is any change in "item group overrides".
