Therapy Homework

**Speech and Language Therapy Homework is individualized, and as a result, will not be posted each week on this web page.**

A Speech Therapy Homework notebook

will be provided for

Elementary School Speech Students

if parents are interested.

Speech Therapy homework will no longer be mandatory.

HOWEVER, homework and routine practice for

students addressing speech sound production is strongly suggested.

Speech Therapy Homework Contract Overview:

As reviewed with my Speech students:

• Therapy homework will given one time a week throughout most of the school year
• Homework is due to me during homeroom on Monday mornings (or the first day of school for the week)
• A student will receive 3 Homework points for homework submitted on-time.
• Late homework will lose .5 Homework points each day it is late.
• When 20 Homework points have been accrued, a student will receive a Homework Pass, which will allow them to not receive homework on the week the choose. PLEASE NOTE: The Homework Pass cannot be used to excuse late homework.
