**New Protocols for Athletic Physicals**

Attention Parents/Guardians: The preparticipation physical exam must be completed by a health care provider who has completed the Student-Athlete Cardiac Assessment Professional Development Module.

Sports physicals cannot be accepted if this is not completed by the health care provider.
