- Designs and Manages Help Desk Appearance

- Manages Student Ticket System

- Assist with Tech Tribe Meeting Agenda

- Analyzes student/teacher needs

- Oversees all Tech Tribe positions

- Responsible for checking in with everyone on a weekly basis and reporting back to Tech Tribe supervisor.

Tech Tribe Help Desk Assistant Manager: Kayla J

- Assistant to Manager

- Determines steps needed to meet student/teacher needs

- Monitors Tech Tribe teacher room assignments for projects/ managed by Tech Tribe

-researches current technology trends in classrooms

Online Help Desk Specialist: Jarrad L

- Works with Help Desk Manager and Asst Manager

- Determines video topics for teachers and students

- Creates tutorial videos and documents for teachers and students

Online Help Desk Assistant:

- Works with Online Help Desk Manager

- Creates tutorial videos and documents for teachers and students

Tech Tribe Student Technician Training Manager: Evan and Chase

-Works with the other student techs for repairs

- Trains techs on the protocols

-Trains techs on how to repair bezels and screens

-Trains students how to take picture of damage, send email,

submit fsticket, and complete repair form

-Ensures all repairs are completed in a timely manner

-Checks inventory weekly and reports to Mrs. Hicks and Miss Bovard

Tech Tribe Apps expert: Bradly W, Jacob W, and Rebecca M

- Researches apps for iPads and Chromebooks

- Daily monitors apps gone free for iPads

-emails elementary of new apps to review

-recommends apps for Chromebooks

Tech Tribe Student Technician Manager: Evan S and Chase R.

- Assistant to Student Training Center Specialist

- Polls students to determine training topics

- Assists in creating tutorial documents for students

- Surveys teacher needs and determines training topics

- Creates training scripts for iCat led teacher sessions during homeroom

- Works with Mrs. Hicks on Public Relations

- Creates iCat T-Shirt Logo and Poster for the year
